Measured the maximum water temperature in the janitorial sink at 113F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility (100-108°F at handwash sinks).

Observed two containers of infant formula for sale with a "USE-BY" date listed in November 2025 (two months prior). [CA] Baby food or infant formula shall not be sold or offered for sale after the "USE-BY" date. [COS] PIC removed the two containers from the display shelves.
