Observed the scoops in the bulk food container with the handle touching the food. [CA] Store the scoops with the handles not touching the food inside.

The temperature of the butter and juice was about 47 degrees F. [CA] The refrigerator must hold PHF at 41 degrees F maximum. The owner threw away the food that was in the unit.

The back door is often open with the screen door closed. There is a gap under the screen door. Close the gap.

Observed a dying cockroach in the dining room. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate insects in the facility. Protect food from contamination. The pest control company will come out on Monday, according to the owner. The cockroach was killed. Cover all holes in the walls and any harborage areas behind items against the walls.
