    Observed several lights out in the kitchen. The dish washing area has all lights out. [CA] Replace all of the lights that are out.

    Observed several unused items such as refrigerators and several microwaves. The refrigerators are being used as dry storage. [CA] Remove all of these items as the store is very cluttered and rodent droppings were observed.

    There is not a hand washing sink in the facility. There is space for a hand sink. There is a 2 compartment sink. There is a sink in the very front next to the coffee machines. According to the owner this sink is only used as a beverage sink. [CA] Install a hand sink.
