Note: 1. The store sells prepackaged food products. Therefore, the stored is exempted from a food safety manager requirement. 2. Most of the violations listed above are repeated violation. If any of the violations are not addressed and observed during the next inspection, the manager or representative of the company would be called to speak to a supervisor in our office.

Repeated violation: Current Environmental Health permit was not posted on public view. [CA] The most current Environmental Health permit must be posted on public view at all the time.
- K38: Adequate ventilation/lighting; designated areas, use
Repeated violation: The light bulbs above the janitorial sink are out. [CA] Replace the non-working light bulb immediately
- K44: Premises clean, in good repair; Personal/chemical storage; Adequate vermin-proofing
Repeated violation: There is no wet mop hanger by the janitorial sinks. [CA] Install a wet mop hanger by the janitorial sink. All wet mops must be hanged on the wet mop hanger.
- K58: Placard properly displayed/posted
The Environmental Health placard was removed from the location it was posted. [CA] The posted placard is property of the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health and shall not be removed, covered up, relocated, tampered, or copied. Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions per County Ordinance Code Section B11-55. If the facility decides to relocate the placard, this office must be informed ahead of time.
