Discussed report with manager, Sung Kim, over the phone. TPHC form to be emailed to honeyberryhoneyberry@gmail.com. NOTE: Observed facility dairy license expired on 12/31/2024. Facility shall obtain an active dairy license when preparing ice cream products on-site.

- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
Observed leak in the piping underneath the preparation sink. [CA] Repair leak. Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in good repair.
- K24: Person in charge present and performing duties
No person in charge at the time of inspection. Facility manager was contacted via phone., [CA] A designated person in charge who is responsible for operation of facility shall be present at all hours of operation.
- K21: Hot and cold water available
Measured the maximum water temperature at the preparation sink and the 3-compartment sink from 113-116F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility (100-108°F at handwash sinks).

Facility lacks active Food Safety Certification. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.

Measured boba in the warmer at 98F. Per employee, boba was cooked at 12:00 PM (2 hours prior to temperature measurement). No time markings observed. [CA] Potentially Hazardous Foods shall be kept at 41F or below or 135F or above. [SA] Per employee, boba will be discarded by 4:00 PM (4 hours since time of initial removal from temperature control). Discussed TPHC form for boba with the facility manager over the phone.
