    Observed the mechanical dishwasher is actively leaking and splashing during use. Observed the drainpipe from the dishwasher is misaligned with the floor sink and occasionally spills onto the floor. [CA] Repair mechanical dishwasher and drainpipe. Plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in good repair.
