    Open island cooler near the entry measured at 53F. [CA]: Repair/assess unit as needed. Units shall be able to cold hold PHFs at 41F or below at all times. Discontinue use of unit for PHF's until it is able to properly cold hold PHFs. Manager placed a work order for the unit.

Per staff, melons have been in the unit for approximately 2 hours prior to measurement. Ambient temperature of unit measured at 53F. [CA]: Potentially Hazardous Food (PHF) shall be cold held at 41F or below at all times. [COS]: Refried beans and spinach dips were voluntarily discarded. Specialist instructed staff to relocate watermelons to another functioning cooler to rapidly cool down to 41F.
