Paper towel dispenser at the main bar was not working. [corrective action] Repair the dispenser or provide a new functional one.

Observed excessive clutter in the storage room (next to ice machine) in the kitchen. [corrective action] Remove any unused items. Keep storage room clean and organized.

Hot and cold water was turned off due to leaking pipe under the hand sink at the main bar. [corrective action] Repair the plumbing and turn water back on. Note: 2nd hand sink is available at this bar.

1. Observed water drain slowly at the hand sink in the women's restroom. [corrective action] Repair plumbing so that water can drain fast enough to prevent water from backing up. 2. Observed water leaking from copper line (drain line for ice bin) and flex tubes (carbonation line) at main bar. [corrective action] Repair the leaking plumbing lines.
