Follow-up inspection for conditional pass due to inadequate handwash facilities and improper holding temperatures. The following violations have been corrected: K06M - Inadequate handwash facilities - Observed hand soap and paper towels are provided at the handwash station. K07M - Improper holding temperatures - Measured potentially hazardous foods are maintained at 41F and below at all refrigeration. - (K35 Violation) Display 2 door reach in refrigerator has not been repaired, but was not in use to store potentially hazardous foods. Per operator, refrigeration needs a repair on the thermostat. Measured ambient air temperature at 69F. - (K35 Violation) 2 door reach in refrigerator shall not be used for storage of potentially hazardous foods until properly repaired and able to maintain PHFs at 41F or below. K21 - Supply of hot and cold water - Observed water pressure for the handwash station has been repaired and an adequate supply is provided. K41 - Plumbing - Noted plumbing below the prep sink is not leaking with the faucet running. - Per operator, plumbing has been repaired. K49 - Permits available/Non-delinquent account - Observed account has been fully paid, and balance cleared. [SA] Operator to serve various sliced cheeses by 5:00pm, for a total of 4 hours from when removed from temperature control or discard.
