FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
This facility's health permit was suspended on 05/29/2026 due to evidence of a rodent infestation. A follow-up inspection was conducted today. No rodent droppings were found in this facility today. Per manager, all rodent droppings were removed and affected areas were sanitized with bleach solution. Facility was also thoroughly cleaned. If new rodent droppings are observed, consult with pest control company immediately. Pest control service was provided by Ecolab in the morning of 05/30/2026. Report noted no rodent activity. - Technician set up traps in the storage room and dishwashing area. Traps were clear at time of this inspection. - Technician sealed gaps around conduits that penetrate the ceiling. - Report noted ceiling tile near walk-in cooler needs to be replaced and main entrance doesn't seal properly. Per manager, requests have been filed with company and these two areas will be repaired by the next couple of days. Floor sink next to the ice machine and walk-in cooler no longer overflowing. PVC drain pipes for these equipment have been replaced. Both drain indirectly with air gap. Unused equipment have been removed from the storage room. Note: - The roll down gate at the front of the facility has gaps that are approximately 1 inch wide. Replace with a solid roll down gate or one that has gaps less than 1/4" to prevent rodents from possibly entering this facility from the mall. - Repair the air curtain at the rear delivery entrance. - Repair the hand sink at the service area, as noted in the inspection report dated 05/29/2026. Health permit to be re-instated. This facility is okay to operate.
