This was a follow-up inspection to the 11/27/24 routine inspection. Observed the two major violations were corrected as follows: 1) Observed the paper towel dispenser in the restroom was stocked with paper towels. 2) Measured warm water at handwash sink to be 100F. Placard changed from yellow to green.
FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
This was a follow-up inspection to the 11/27/24 routine inspection. Observed the two major violations were corrected as follows: 1) Observed the paper towel dispenser in the restroom was stocked with paper towels. 2) Measured warm water at handwash sink to be 100F. Placard changed from yellow to green.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
A follow up inspection will be conducted to assess compliance of the two major violations above. The first follow-up is free of charge. Any additional follow-up inspection(s) shall each be billed $298/hr during business hours. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action. Please call Mindy Nguyen at (408) 918-3490 when the handwash sink is able to provide warm water, or there are any changes or updates.
Observed the restroom paper towel dispenser was empty. [CA] Keep the paper towel dispenser stocked at all times. [COS] The paper towel dispenser was refilled.
Measured hot water at the restroom handwash sink to be 60F. Per operator, no other sinks are on site. [CA] Provide warm water (100F) at the handwash sink. [SA] The facility sells only prepackaged foods. A follow-up inspection will be conducted. See notes below.
