1. Observed paint on the wall at the 3 compartment sink in disrepair. 2. Observed black grime on the wall at the dishwasher. 3. Observed paint on the walk-in cooler door, walk-in freezer door and the interior of the restroom door in disrepair. [Corrective Action] Maintain walls/doors in good condition and clean.

Paint peeling from the FRP panel at the 3 compartment sink. [Corrective Action] Maintain wall in good condition.

Missing baffle filters in the exhaust hood. [Corrective Action] Install baffle filters into the exhaust hood.
