    Holes noted in the following areas within the kitchen: - Next to CO2 tanks - Next to hand wash station in the front area. [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage.

  • K40: Wiping cloths: properly used, stored

    Sanitizer (Chlorine) buckets were measured at 25PPM at the time of inspection. [CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium). Change buckets more often. [COS] PIC had employee change out buckets; re-measured at 100PPM.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Hand wash station next to 3-compartment sink does not have a mounted soap dispenser. Per PIC, they are waiting to have a new dispenser installed. [CA] Install new dispenser for hand wash station. [SA] Facility has an additional hand wash station within the kitchen area that will be used.
