[CA] Replace broken floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Observed heavy accumulation of grease and grime on floors and walls in the kitchen as well as the preparation area by the area area: - Wall next to the cook line. - Wall above the steam table. - Floor and walls around the floor mixer by the bar area.
