ROUTINE INSPECTION

Facility gets prepackaged lunch from Pasta Market at 460 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale. A designated person from facility goes over to Pasta Market and picks up food at 11:30 AM. Lunch is delivered to students at 12 PM daily. Number of students for lunch vary between 15-20. Facility no longer uses hot holding unit to hold PHFs until lunch time. Lunch food is distributed to students within 15-20 minutes of when it arrives on site. Per office manager, a document with lunch items and temperature is provided by Pasta Market but is recycled at the end of the lunch shift. Ensure a log sheet with temperatures is kept in records for few weeks. Additional SOPs may be required. District Specialist will email Office Manager with more details.

Facility (school and bingo) shall only serve prepackaged items until water heater is repaired to measure at 120 or above. Facility gets prepackaged lunch delivered by Pasta Market. Lunch is prepared and packaged by Pasta Market at Oueen of Apostles, 4911 Moorpark Av, San Jose. Lunch is delivered between 10:30-11AM. Lunch is kept in warmer and prepackaged until lunch service at 12 PM. Recommend keeping temperature logs when lunch is delivered.
