Ownership does not match with permit with Alcohol and Beverage Control. Discussed with owner, Kenny, on the phone. Per Kenny, ownership is under INC but he is the sole owner of the business. If there is a change in ownership, please submit change of ownership application (provided at the time of inspection) and submit to dehweb@deh.sccgov.org Facility has a basement.
