Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures. Walk in has been repaired properly. See measured observations. ROUTINE INSPECTION
PHFs within the walk in were measured between 52-53*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they have been having issues with the walk in since thursday and a contractor is on there way to address issue. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] All PHFs within the walk in were VCD. VCD form was provided.
