    The warewashing machine was at 0ppm chlorine. [CA] It must be at 50ppm chlorine. [COS] The chlorine container was empty and replaced. The reading was then reread at 50ppm.

  • K40: Wiping cloths: properly used, stored

    The wiping towels in the red buckets and also at the barista station all had 0ppm sanitizer reading. [CA] Keep the sanitizer at 200ppm quat. [COS] The manager stated that they were going to be changed out since it was time. Please adjust the time that it is changed to more frequent so that it does not reach 0ppm sanitizer. They were all corrected.
