Hot water was measured at 60 degrees Fahrenheit at the handwash sinks. [Corrective Action] Provide hot water at a minimum temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lack of paper towel dispenser at the handwash sink at the back area. Loose roll of paper towels were observed on the wire rack. [Corrective Action] Install a paper towel dispenser and store to roll of paper towels inside the dispenser.

Lack of hot water at the handwash sink in the restroom. [Corrective Action] Provide hot water of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
