Observed cockroach droppings/debris on at the top of wire cover strip near the ceiling of the warewash area. [CA] Ensure facility is kept free of vermin to prevent possible contamination of food. Seal all cracks and crevices to prevent possible harborage. Contact pest control to provide service for facility as needed.
