- K30: Food storage: food storage containers identified
Many food products on boxes were stored directly on the floor or on milk crate back in the storage area. [CA] To prevent insect hiding and breading and for easy cleaning of the floor area, please store all food products at least six inches off the floor on approved shelf or dunnage rack.
- K22: Sewage and wastewater properly disposed
Repeated violation: A gray water was kept on the mop bucket inside the restroom. [CA] Mopped water must be immediately disposed into the janitorial sink after finishing task.
- K43: Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
The toilet stall is stained and have dirt buildup on the sit and cover. [CA] Conduct a thorough cleaning of the toilet stall immediately.
- K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean
There are damaged floor patches around the walk-in cooler. [CA] Repair/fix the damaged floor patches immediately. The floor sink located by the walk-in cooler was filled with empty cans. [CA] Please keep the floor sinks clean and dispose the empty cans properly.
