    Major: 0 PPM chlorine measured inside the dishwasher during active warewashing. [CA] Maintain chlorine in mechanical warewash machine at 50 PPM. [SA] Employee set up a sanitizing solution (100ppm Chlorine) compartment in the 3-comp sink. Heavy mold-like substance buildup inside the ice machine. [CA] Clean and sanitize routinely.
