Found sneeze guard for roller warmer device insufficient in customer self-service area. [CA] Food on display shall be protected from cross-contamination, by the use of an approved sneeze guard that intercept a direct line between the consumer's mouth and the food being displayed.

Measured water temperature holding at 64F at hand wash station located right next to the office. Note: Other sinks on site measured greater than 120F. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F. [SA] .There is another restroom where warm water is provided. Hand sink near cash register has warm water at 100F

Found employees clothing stored on top of food related items in storage room located in back area. [CA] Employee's personal effects (cell phone, car keys, and jackets) shall be stored in employee lockers or other designated areas for employee storage.

Lacking mounted dispenser at the only sink in back warewash area. Found paper towel stored on drain board of warewash sink. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels.
