    At the only handwash sink in the produce area, the soap dispenser was empty. In the employee and customer restroom, the soap dispenser was empty. [CA] Handwash stations shall be fully accessible and stocked with soap and single use towels at all times. [COS] PIC refilled all soap dispensers during inspection.

    Observed foods in the back storage area stored directly on the floor. [CA] Food shall be stored six inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    Observed the handwash sink in the produce area is slow draining. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture to ensure adequate drainage.

  • K13: Food in good condition, safe, unadulterated

    Observed several canned foods with large dents throughout the grocery area. [CA] Dented, bloated, or leaking cans shall be discarded. Canned products shall be maintained in good condition to prevent contamination. [COS] Dented canned products were removed from display shelves and taken to the back to be discarded.
