Drain pipes from the ice machine is inside the floor sink. [CA] All equipment that discharges liquid waste shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes, and all wastes drained by them shall discharge through an airgap into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor. Minimum of 1 inch air gap is required from the drain pipe.

First Hand washing sink out of two is inactive / no water. [CA] Properly wash hands with soap, warm water and dry using single use paper towels as required. [SA] Repair / fix hand washing sink as soon as poosible. Second hand washing has empty paper towel dispenser and it was blocked and can't be refill. Facility using paper towel roll. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. [SA] Second hand washing sink shall have paper towel inside the dispenser. Rearrange the setting to make the paper towel dispenser accessible for refilling. Second and only in use hand washing sink has a try on bacon on it. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [SA] Never ever block hand washing sink.

Mop was left on floor. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.

Boxes of food on floor inside the walk in freezer. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination. [COS] Manager picked up the boxes.

Hot running water was measured 110 F, 112 F, 68 F at the janitorial sink, 3-comp sink, and hand washing inside the restroom. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks. Hand washing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. NOTE: Facility is waiting for the part to arrive for hot water heater repair.
