ROUTINE INSPECTION

*NOTE* Facility is missing a dedicated hand wash next to the ware-washing sink and only has a 2-compartment sink on site. When facility either goes through a change of ownership, remodel, or sanitation issues arise. A new 3-compartment sink and hand wash station will have to be installed.

    PHFs within the walk in were measured at 52-53*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they contacted the contractor right away and contractor on site at the time of inspection. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] All product has been moved into reach ins until walk in is completely repaired by contractor.

  • K45: Floor, walls, ceilings: built,maintained, clean

    1. Damaged floor tile noted around the 2-compartment sink area. [CA] Replace broken floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. 2. Holes noted around the hot and cold water valves around the mop sink. [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage.

  • K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

    Gaskets for the walk in are damaged at the time of inspection. [CA] Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and retain characteristic qualities under normal use conditions.
