ROUTINE INSPECTION
Snack Shop uses the mop sink for handwashing and cleaning the coffee pots. PIC stated that the 2 comp sink is for the automotive part of the shop. Facility must discontinue using the mop sink for hand and warewashing; mop sink is to be used for dumping mop water. Two comp sink is to be used for warewashing only. No automotive waste to be disposed of at the 2 comp sink. Upon major remodel or change of ownership, facility will be subject to upgrading to current standards.

No hot water available at sinks, PIC stated that the facility is working on getting a new water heater. [CA] Facility must discontinue coffee service until a water heater is submitted to Plan Check division for review, approved and installed. Facility may use "pod" type coffee as an acceptable alternative.

New ice machine recently installed, per PIC, water heater will soon be installed. [CA] Facility must submit plans to Department Plan Check Division by 11/1/2024 for the ice machine and water heater or the equipment will be impounded.
