FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
Upon follow-up inspection, found OLD rodent droppings eliminated from VIP (small) section. Per operator, there was a fire at VIP (large) section this morning around 8am. Site has been self-closed and fire department potentially responded. Observed fire propellant/residue over bottled beverages and refrigeration unit in bar area. Per operator, facility in process of discarding of damaged goods. A follow-up inspection may be required pending fire department assessment.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Found OLD rodent droppings in the following areas: 1. (VIP Bar Lg): under warewash station and under shelving units. 2. (VIP Bar Sm): near hand wash station, under shelvings and in cabinets. [CA] Eliminate all evident of OLD rodent droppings. Clean and sanitize all effected areas and provide approved pest control services. Found several flies in the following areas: 3. (VIP Bar Lg): near warewash sink area. 4. (VIP Bar Sm): near small beverage service station. [CA] Each food facility shall be free of pest such as flies. Provide approved pest control services.
Found portable hand wash station slow draining. [CA] Ensure hand wash station is free flowing and in good repair.
