Note: The facility sells prepackaged food products. Therefore, it is exempted from a food safety manager certificate requirement. 2. There is no designated janitorial sink. During remodeling or change change of ownership, a janitorial sink must be installed. Until then, gray water from the bucket must be disposed into the toilet. 3. No violations were observed during the time of this inspection.
