The door is missing from separating the food storage areas from the warehouse storage room. There is also a large gap between the doors. Close the gap and reinstall the missing door.

    Chlorine sanitizer measured at 25ppm at 3 composition sink. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds. [COS] Operator adjusted chlorine level, re-measured at 100ppm.
