Notes: - Facility has provided portable restrooms in an outdoor area. All permanent restrooms were functioning normally. Portable restrooms had ventilation, toilet tissue, soap, and paper towels. No warm water was observed. Unable to verify with facility staff if the restrooms were plumbed for potable water and sewer or if they were in a closed system. Further evaluation required.

Both ice machines have an accumulation of organic growth on the interior upper panel. No direct contamination of ice observed. [CA] Ensure to maintain the food contact surfaces of the ice machine clean and in good repair.

At the handwash station there were no paper towels available. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. [COS] Facility staff restocked the dispenser at time of the inspection.
