    According to structural review report written on 5/26/22, operator was directed to install a hand sink in bar area. Observed ONLY a 3-compartment sink at bar area. [CA] A commercialized hand wash sink shall be install in bar area, where soap and paper towel shall be provided. Facility shall submit plans within 30 days to the Santa Clara County Health Department for the installation of the hand wash sink. Once plans are approved for the hand wash sink, facility shall have 6 months to install hand sink. [SA] Operator is hereby directed to use warewash sink as a temporary means for the purpose of warewashing.
