[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet at the 3-comp sink. Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds.

Per plans from 2022, a minimum 10,000 watt simultaneous powered water heater is required. [CA] - Submit plans to replace the water heater or replace with a like-for like one that was previously approved, 65 gallon Electric Bradford White, 10,000 watts maximum simultaneous water heater.
