ROUTINE INSPECTION
Upon major remodel, change of ownership, or repeat handwashing violations, facility is subject to upgrading to current standards which would include the installation of a handwash sink. The handwash sink will need to be submitted to the Department's Plan Check division for approval. Discussed warewashing procedures for the coffee machine (employee stated the coffee machine is sprayed with bleach and then wiped down with clorox wipes). Ensure coffee machine is cleaned with soap and wanter, then rinsed with clean water, then sanitized with a diluted bleach solution (100ppm) or quat (200ppm).

Observed black mold like substance on inside panel of ice machine. [CA] Thoroughly clean and sanitize ice machine on a regular basis.

Observed leak under 2 comp sink. [CA] Repair leak and maintain in good condition.

Facility does not have test strips for measuring diluted sanitizing solution. [CA] Facility must have test strips.
