    The lighting in the walk in cooler is very dim. So dim that we are unable to see which food items are inside and also unable to see the walls thoroughly. [CA] Increase the lighting in the walk in so that you can see all items inside the unit. The hood vents have accumulated thick layer of grease and beginning to drip down onto the cooking surfaces. [CA] Clean the hood and vents and remove the grease.

    The floor is soiled under the food storage shelves. Grime has accumulated on the floor around the legs of the equipment. [CA] Thoroughly clean the floors and remove the grime off of the floor.
