ROUTINE INSPECTION

-Iced blended coffee machine with milk observed (Taylor, UL Listed) observed. Per Owner, coffee and liquid milk are added into the machine and the resulting product becomes an iced blended coffee. Obtain milk and dairy license from California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA). -Any new construction, remodeling or structural change to the food facility, removing or installing new equipment, or any significant menu change, must submit complete plans to DEH Plan Check.
