Observed a dog at the register area walking freely around the food. [CA] [CA] No live animals may be allowed in a food facility, except in the following situations; decorative fish or shellfish in aquarium, animals intended for consumption if kept separated from other food and food contact surfaces, dogs under the control of on-duty uniformed law enforcement or private patrol, outdoor dining areas, and service animals.

Droppings on the warehouse floor were observed. No rodent droppings or insects observed near the food or beverage. Food and beverage are not stored in the warehouse. According to the manager the pest control company serviced yesterday and also a mouse was caught in the warehouse yesterday. According to the manager they will clean up the droppings from the mouse cought yesterday and would like a reinspection The manager would like to request a reinspection tomorrow. [CA] Continue to not store food or beverage in the warehouse. A dead cockroach was observed in front of the restroom hallway. The dead roach was cleaned up by the employee. Keep all food and beverage protected and continue to eliminate the cockroaches and rodents from inside of the facility. The next reinspection will be a chargeable inspection. Thoroughly clean and sanitize.

Observed a dead cockroach on the floor outside of the restroom hallway. The manager discarded the dead cockroach. Observed rodent droppings on the floor in the back storage room. Food and beverage are not stored in the back room according to the manager. There were not any droppings observed in the front sales areas. Thoroughly looked through the food and beverage shelves and did not observe any insects or droppings. [CA] Clean up the droppings and take effective measures to eliminate rodents and insects from inside the facility. According to the manager there was a rodent in the facility and it was dealt with by the pest control company. The manager will email the most recent pest control report to this department. Continue to keep no food or beverage in the back area. Keep food and beverages off of the floor and protect from possible contamination. Reinspection will be made 5-29-25.

Observed the inside of the refrigerated beverage unit to have accumulated spills and dust/dirt. [CA] Thoroughly clean the inside of the refrigerator.
