Measured water temperature ranging from 94F - 140F at hand wash station located in the following areas: front service, cooks line, near 1-compartment sink, near warewash sink and women's restroom. To activate hand wash station, ONLY one knee peddle is provided. [CA] Provide an adequate pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F. [COS] Operator corrected water temperatures.

Water temperature at 3 hand wash sinks exceed 108F[CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds (maximum 108F).

Hand wash sink in preparation area is partially obstructed by cooling fan. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times.

Measured water temperature holding between 93F - 111F at the following hand wash station: front service (cashier) and cooks line. All hand wash station on site is on a sensor system. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F. [COS] Operator recalibrate water temperature, final reading between 100F -108F.
