Per PIC, the PHFs were stored in the unit over night. [CA] Ensure PHFs are properly cold held at 41F or below OR hot held at 135F or above. Adjust, repair or replace unit if necessary. [COS] PIC voluntarily discarded all PHFs in the food prep cold hold unit. NOTE: PIC adjusted temperature on food prep cold hold unit and ambient temperature went down reaching 44F. PIC will verify unit can cold hold at 41F or below BEFORE putting PHFs in unit.
