Follow up inspection to the routine inspection conducted on 5/23/2025 during which facility was subject to closure due to rodent activity. Observations : No signs of rodent activity observed. Pest control documentation has been received and reviewed. Sanitation and food safety measures have been verified as completed. Prevention measures on the checklist have been verified as completed. Continue addressing the remaining violations cited during the routine inspection. Facility is okay to operate.
