ROUTINE INSPECTION
Notes: - Observed unused equipment in kitchen storage area. Per PIC, this equipment has not been used in a year, but facility plans to resume usage in about 6 months. PIC stated employees regularly clean the equipment. If there are no plans to utilize the equipment in the future, equipment must be removed from the facility to reduce risk of potential vermin harborage. - Facility must use EITHER TPHC or temperature control for foods in the prep area. For potentially hazardous foods under TPHC, do not "pre-fill" end times for TPHC; foods must be time marked at the time when the 4 hour limit begins. - Ensure food prep surfaces are immediately cleaned and sanitized if any contamination is observed. Due to printer issues, this report was emailed to the facility during the inspection.
