This was a follow-up to the 2/27/26 and 3/2/26 inspections to assess compliance for lack of hot water. Today, the hot water at the 3-compartment sink was measured to be 120F. OK to operate. This inspection will be billed $282.
FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION
On site for follow up inspection.
Hot water measured up to 117F and then dropped down below 100F. Another time, hot water jumped to 113F and then dropped below 100F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [SA] Facility will discontinue any food preparation, only reheated of prepackaged foods are permitted at this time. Please contact district inspector to schedule a follow up inspection when hot water is repaired. Subsequent follow up inspections will be charged follow up inspections.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Hot water at three compartment sink measured up to 95F and then dropped down after allowing the water to run for several minutes. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. [SA] Facility uses all prepackaged food items at this time. Until the follow up inspection, there is to be no preparation of food other than reheating prepackaged food items. Follow up inspection will be conducted 03/02/2026. If major violation is not corrected, facility may be subject to further enforcement action including the closure of the facility.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Facility receive food from San Jose Unified School District (SJUSD) Culinary Center.

[CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. 2.Hot water at warewash sink measured at 110F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Facility conducts breakfast service between 7:45am - 8:15am; Lunch starts between 11:55am - 12:40pm. Facility only reheats prepackaged PHFs. All left over prepackaged items are discarded at the end of each services. **Facility receive food from San Jose Unified School District (SJUSD) Culinary Center.** Report email to operator due to printer malfunction. Operator confirmed received email.

Lead of the kitchen is new. PIC will take the food safety manager certificate exam on 10/12 Facility conducts breakfast service between 7:45am - 8:15am; Lunch starts between 11:55am - 12:40pm. Facility only reheats prepackaged PHFs. All left over prepackaged items are discarded at the end of each services. **Facility receive food from San Jose Unified School District (SJUSD) Culinary Center.** Education provided for air curtain.
