Large opening in the grate at the floor sink by the cappuccino machine. [Corrective Action] Replace the grate to minimize the size of the opening.

1. The faucet at the handwash sink in the restroom was observed loose. [Corrective Action] Secure the faucet. 2. Observed water leak at the faucet at the 3 compartment sink. [Corrective Action] Repair to stop the leak.

1. Heavy grime accumulation in the floor sink under the 3 compartment sink. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and maintain clean. 2. The grate for the floor sink at the self-service drinks area appears to have some bars missing creating a large gap where small feet may fall into. [Corrective Action] Replace the grate to ensure small feet cannot fall into it.

Heavy ice build up under the fan in the bags of ice freezer. [Corrective Action] Maintain freezer in good condition.
