    The clean food styrofoam containers have some raw meat an/or fish particles on the outside of them. [CA] The containers must be kept clean. [COS] They were thrown away into the garbage. These clean containers must be stored in a different area to keep them from becoming contaminated.

    The warewashing sink was about 50 ppm quat. [CA] The concentration must be at 200ppm quat.
