    1. Drain pipe at the handwash sink next to the meat slicer observed broken off. [Corrective Action] Repair the drain pipe. 2. Water unable to flow out from the spout at the 3 compartment sink. [Corrective Action] Repair to ensure proper functionality of the faucet. 3. Slow draining at the handwash sink next to the 3 compartment sink. [Corrective Action] Ensure sink is properly draining.
