    Unable to provide a food manger certification at the time of inspection. [CA] Obtain a food manger certification within 60-days and keep records on site. Food handler cards were provided to specialist for review. REPEAT VIOLATION. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action.

  • K06: Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible

    Hand wash station in the kitchen area was blocked with equipment at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand washing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [COS] Equipment was removed from hand wash station. Hand wash is now accessible.

  • K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized

    Sanitizer within dish washer was measured at 0PPM at the time of inspection. No active ware-washing. [CA] Maintain chlorine in mechanical ware-wash machine at 50 PPM. [SA] Equipment will be sanitized within 3-compartment (wash, rinse, sanitize).
