    Mop is inside the mop bucket. Unclean water in bucket. [CA] Mop water shall be disposed of in the janitorial sink or toilet facility. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.

    Sausage and ham temperature measured at 47F in walk-in fridge. Per PIC, food was delivered this morning and temperature was fine. PIC checked fridge at noon and was find. Someone left the door opened without properly close the door causing temperature rises. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] PIC opened freezer door to cool down the fridge. An emergency ticket is submitted to fix the walk-in fridge.
