Drink beverages are being stored in the floor in the up stairs bar at the time of inspection. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

Air dryer in the upstairs restroom is not functional at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they have a contractor looking at it. Staff placed paper towels within restroom until repairs are made. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels. Make repairs.

Unable to provide test strips for quats at the time of inspection. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitation method used during manual or mechanical ware-washing.

Multiple pressurized containers are not securely fastened to a rigid structure. Observed a chainlink circling around bottles, but not effectively securing. [CA] All pressurized cylinders shall be securely fastened to a rigid structure.

Observed no paper towel or soap dispenser at either of the hand sinks on the second floor bar. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. [SA] A pump bottle of soap and a stack of paper towels were made available at the sinks.

The first floor restroom lacks a door. Per PIC they have not had a door separating the restroom from the dance floor/bar area. [CA] Toilet rooms shall be separated by well-fitted, self-closing doors that prevent the passage of flies, dust, or odors.
