    Pepper jack measured 47F while overfilled, and tuna salad measured 45F in improper ice baths at the front of the deli service line. Per staff, items had been relocated from refrigeration to the service line less than 30 minutes prior. [CA] Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at 41F or below, or at 135F or above to prevent the growth of bacteria. [SA] Going forward, facility has opted to subject items in ice baths to time as a public health control utilizing a digital tracking system. OWNERSHIP CHANGE INFORMATION NEW FACILITY NAME: Aramark @ Altera Semi NEW OWNER: Aramark Services Inc @ Altera Semi The applicant has completed the facility evaluation application process for an Environmental Health Permit. The permit category for this facility is FP17. An invoice for the permit fee in the amount of $2011.00 will be mailed to the billing address on the application. Payment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The owner is responsible for contacting our department if an invoice is not received and remit payment within 30 days.
