Met with the facility manager on 7-9-26 to complete the change of ownership inspection. After writing the reports the computer froze and unable to sign so needed to rewrite reports for signature on 7-10-26.     Observed the bin of what the manager says is flour, to not be labeled. [CA] Please label all bins with the contents.

    The wiping towel bucket was at about 100ppm quat. [CA] Keep it at 200ppm quat.

    The clean utensils and lids are stored in dirty containers. [CA] Wash and sanitize all, including the containers.

    The hand washing sink does not have paper towels. [CA] Keep the paper towel dispensers stocked for proper hand washing. [COS] The dispenser was refilled.

    Observed a couple of rodent droppings under the counter. [CA] Clean up the droppings and take effective measures to eliminate any rodents in the facility. They seem old and no other droppings were observed.
